• Owns the design, implementation, and oversight of the Compliance Management Program.
• Lead or mentor Compliance team members and coordinate with legal, operations, and finance.
• Monitor regulatory changes, perform risk assessments, testing, and reporting to senior management and the Board.
• Translate complex topics into executive-ready communications and dashboards.
• Apply AI tools and tech to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.

They are also responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements affecting those entities, products, and services. The Senior Compliance Manager will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in identifying and assessing compliance risks, informing and advising the Company of its compliance responsibilities, overseeing compliance efforts and controls in the first and second lines of defense, performing testing and monitoring activities to assess compliance with Company policies and regulatory requirements, and reporting compliance matters to senior management and the Board.
