Raytheon is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to support the Internal Quality Management System at our Massachusetts facilities, with responsibilities including leading internal QMS audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, and facilitating certification processes. The role requires strong auditing experience within aerospace, relevant certifications (such as ASQ/CQA), and the ability to work independently. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of relevant aerospace QMS auditing experience.
• Experience with AS9100 standards and auditing compliance.
• American Society for Quality Certification/Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ/CQA) or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace Industry Auditor Certification (AEA).
• Lead Auditor Certification.
• Experience leading teams and working independently.
