Job summary

ACA Group, a leading GRC advisor, seeks a senior compliance professional to lead mock regulatory examinations and reviews, and to advise on policies and client engagements. The role may extend to serving as an outsourced chief compliance officer (oCCO) for clients, ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements and best practices.

You will develop client relationships, supervise ACA junior staff, and oversee complex projects, with open to travel to support varied client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8 years of industry experience or 6 years with regulatory/ ACA experience.
• Advanced knowledge of federal securities laws and regulatory positions.
• Executive presence with Regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and reviews, incl. document requests and reporting.
• Guide large, complex client reviews and coordinate colleagues’ work.
• Provide regulatory consulting, filings, policy reviews and issue resolution.
• Manage client relationships and project delivery with internal stakeholders.
• Supervise and train junior staff; oversee ad-hoc and special ACA initiatives.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.
