Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks an experienced Compliance professional to lead regulatory advisory efforts across IT and security functions. You will help ensure adherence to SEC, CFTC and other regulatory obligations, while coordinating with internal audit, risk management and policy teams.

This role supports development of compliance programs, implements control improvements, and interacts with regulators during examinations.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of securities and commodities rules and regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC).
• Experience with risk and control frameworks and process improvement, including cloud environments.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive regulatory advisory services for technology/security units.
• Guide first line of defense on regulatory obligations.
• Assist in remediation plans for internal or external findings.
• Develop and maintain processes, policies, and controls evidencing regulatory compliance.
