Job summary

Alter Domus, a global provider of solutions for the alternative investment industry, seeks a Compliance Senior Manager to join the Central Compliance team in Guernsey. You will act as CO, MLRO and MLCO for the Guernsey entity and collaborate with Local Compliance Officers to ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Central Compliance and engaging with the Board, you will drive regulatory watch, risk assessments, training, and policy design across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AML & compliance experience in financial services.
• Experience as named Compliance Officer/MLRO/MLCO for a regulated entity in Guernsey is a plus.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and develop a small team of compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work of Compliance Officers and Senior Compliance Officers across regulatory topics.
• Monitor regulatory changes, prepare watch reports, and advise on impacts and mitigations.
• Lead risk assessments, monitoring plans, and internal reporting on Central Compliance activities.
• Provide regulatory interpretation to business lines and embed compliance by design across projects.
