Trovy is seeking a seasoned compliance leader to own and operate its compliance function. You will be embedded across product, operations, marketing and leadership, and report directly to the Chief Operating & Legal Officer.

This high-ownership, cross-functional role manages regulatory risk across our lending and card programs and our multi-state footprint. You will drive policy, licensing, reporting, and vendor risk, while ensuring privacy and consumer protection standards across Trovy’s

Competenze

• 6+ years of compliance experience in consumer financial services (mortgage lending, open-end credit, or card programs).
• Deep knowledge of TILA/Reg Z, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, HOEPA.
• Hands-on mortgage origination and servicing compliance experience.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain compliance program, policies, controls, and risk frameworks across lending and card programs.
• Advise product and engineering on compliance requirements for new features and workflows.
• Oversee mortgage servicing compliance, customer complaints, escalations, and loss mitigation.
• Lead licensing, MU filings, regulatory examinations, and regulatory relations across state footprint.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, investor and bank partner reporting, and vendor due diligence.
