Job summary

Larson Maddox is representing a growing insurance organization in West Palm Beach, FL, seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to expand its Risk & Compliance team. The role offers exposure to leadership and opportunities to influence governance initiatives.

Responsibilities include guiding across the organization on risk and compliance matters, monitoring regulatory developments, coordinating examinations, and strengthening the risk management framework. Experience with life & annuity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of insurance compliance or related experience.
• Experience with regulatory examinations and reporting.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Life & annuity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on risk and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on operations, products and processes.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, reviews, and information requests.
• Assist in maintaining and strengthening the organization's risk management framework.
• Participate in compliance monitoring, testing, and governance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support risk reporting, risk assessments, and ORSA-related efforts.
• Help manage insurance filings and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Contribute to product-related compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects.
