Responsibilities:
  • Handle a broad range of Code of Business Conduct (COBC) investigations, including internal investigations of fraud, theft, conflicts of interest, policy violations, financial wrongdoing, and alleged violations of U.S. and international laws.
  • Lead internal investigations, including creating investigation plans, analyzing evidence, managing data collection, conducting interviews, and preparing reports.
  • Supervise and collaborate with compliance professionals and other departments like Human Resources and Security.
  • Implement corrective actions and internal controls with stakeholders.
  • Respond to subpoenas, government inquiries, and internal investigations.
  • Conduct global compliance audits.
  • Coordinate and execute global initiatives to manage compliance risks and support training.
  • Stay updated on investigation best practices and update processes accordingly.
  • Expect 20% travel.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience conducting internal investigations for an international organization, law enforcement, law firm, or accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high caseloads.
  • Team player capable of working independently and leading projects.
Preferred:
  • Multilingual candidates.
  • Experience with investigation summaries and recommendations for leadership.
  • Experience with multinational investigations across jurisdictions.
  • Knowledge of investigative tools, ERP software, SAP, or accounting background.

Qualified candidates exceeding minimum requirements may be considered for higher roles, including Senior Compliance Investigator, with opportunities for growth.
