Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing software or automation.
• Strong Python, Java or Scala skills; Python experience preferred.
• Solicit requirements from end users and design software solutions.
• Track record delivering automation to address security or compliance.
• Understand modern SDLC and end-to-end deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage compliance engineers to identify inefficiencies and propose automation.
• Build, deliver, and maintain full-stack compliance tools for inventory, monitoring, and remediation.
• Explore AI to reduce manual effort and audit risk.
• Participate in design and governance discussions with ASE engineering.
