Jobgether is seeking an experienced compliance professional to oversee audits, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations to chapter teams. You will partner with senior leadership to strengthen governance and risk management practices across the organization.

The role requires strong project management, impeccable documentation, and the ability to work remotely with travel up to 20% for internal meetings and chapter visits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience in nonprofit compliance, auditing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills for identifying risks and recommendations.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting findings.
• Professional interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, chapters, and executives.
• Proficiency with database data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance audits and assess adherence to policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Analyze audit results, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate audit outcomes clearly and provide feedback and follow-up support to chapter teams.
• Build relationships with chapter representatives, employees, and senior leadership.
• Monitor corrective actions and support chapters in strengthening compliance practices.
• Contribute to enterprise risk management initiatives and related activities.
• Prepare reports, maintain audit documentation, and manage data entry and reporting.
• Support additional departmental projects and compliance-related responsibilities.
