The Position
We are seeking a dependable self-starter who is able to work independently, problem-solve and is eager to learn. The position focuses on federal campaign finance compliance and requires attention to detail.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining databases for reporting
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Reviewing reports for accuracy
  • Performing basic bookkeeping functions
  • Preparing and filing federal reports
  • Serving as point of contact for clients
  • The position works independently and in a team setting, communicating frequently with clients and building relationships.

The salary range for the position is $60,000 to $67,499 for the senior associate position. The salary range for the manager position is $67,500 to $74,499.

This position is 100% remote with the ability to come into the DC office as often as desired.

This position is a member of collective bargaining unit, represented by 1900 Local IBEW.

Education and Experience
The successful candidate holds a degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience and has at least 2 years’ experience with campaign finance for the senior associate position. For the manager position, at least 3 years’ experience with campaign finance is required. Experience with federal campaign finance compliance is preferred. They should also have experience with relevant tools and software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, and NGP.
