Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst (Remote) to lead compliance oversight activities and support enterprise programs. You will manage sensitive projects, interpret complex requirements, and provide executive reporting to governance committees.

Responsibilities include partnership across the organization, issue management, and enforcing policy governance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare compliance and strong communication, analysis, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field; HS diploma/ GED accepted with equivalent experience.
• 5 years progressive experience in legal or compliance roles within healthcare/PBM or other highly regulated industry; Medicare, Medicaid, ACA exposure.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance oversight activities including monitoring, reviews, and corrective action governance.
• Prepare clear compliance records and reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Represent Compliance on contracts and cross-functional projects; build stakeholder relationships.
