What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance across the organization to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met
  2. Lead project management efforts for sensitive Compliance initiatives and represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts
  3. Collect, prepare, and maintain records for reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert within Compliance and develop solutions to complex compliance problems
  5. Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance programs and manage licensing submissions and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles within a healthcare or PBM organization
  3. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  5. Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare
  2. Certification as a Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
  3. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  4. Advanced degree in a related area, such as Juris Doctor
