What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance across the organization to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met
  2. Lead project management efforts for sensitive compliance initiatives
  3. Represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts or cross-functional projects, collaborating with key stakeholders
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert, developing solutions to complex compliance problems and enhancing compliance documentation as necessary
  5. Manage regulatory submissions, filings, renewals, and notifications related to licensed functions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  2. 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance-related roles within a healthcare or PBM organization, or other highly regulated industry
  3. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  5. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. PBM/healthcare experience
  2. Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
  3. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  4. Advanced degree in a related area of study, such as Juris Doctor
