What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to meet regulatory requirements
- Lead project management efforts for sensitive Compliance initiatives
- Represent the Compliance Department on complex contracts and cross-functional projects
- Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues impacting compliance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related area of study, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles within a healthcare or highly regulated industry
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pharmacy services, PBM, managed care, or healthcare industry
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Advanced degree in a related area of study, such as Juris Doctor
