Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in asset management compliance and/or comparable function.
• Strong understanding of Investment Company Act of 1940 and Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the NFA/CFTC program.
• Complete regulatory filings and reporting.
• Lead and manage projects related to Compliance.
