Identify gaps and provide actionable feedback before matters are submitted for final approval, ensuring recommendations are supported by clear and consistent risk-based rationale.
  • Cross-Functional AML Support Provide practical AML guidance to cross-functional teams and support the assessment and resolution of AML related questions arising through established referral and review processes. Collaborate with Network Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders on matters involving AML and broader financial crime considerations. Prepare and coordinate the periodic Geopolitical and Financial Crime Risk Newsletter, highlighting significant developments and their potential implications for the business. Conduct targeted research on emerging financial crime, jurisdictional, and relevant sanctions risks and escalating material developments requiring further consideration.
