As Our Senior Compliance Analyst, You'll Support HID's Success by:

1. Audit Compliance Owner: Ensure readiness for external audits by conducting regular internal compliance audits.
2. Operational Reviews: Ensure all operational practices comply with policies, legal, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
3. Documentation Management: Create and maintain compliance-related documentation.
4. System Security Plan Support: Maintain the organization's System Security Plan and supporting documentation.
5. Awareness Training: Support security and compliance-related awareness training annually.
6. Document Review: Conduct semi-annual reviews of operational documentation.
7. Risk Assessment: Support annual risk assessments and recommend activities.
8. Client and Audit Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for clients and audits.
9. Technical Activities: Participate in technical control activities as needed.
10. Business Continuity Planning: Support BCP program maintenance.
11. Disaster Recovery: Participate in annual DR exercises.
12. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance activities.
13. Policy Input: Provide input on Certificate Policy and CPS for PKI programs.
14. Senior Management Communication: Report project status, issues, vulnerabilities.
15. Security Awareness: Support security awareness programs.
