Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Compliance Program's development, implementation, and maintenance.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough compliance reviews and audits to ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements specific to the mortgage sector.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the compliance policies to mitigate potential risks and ensure operational integrity.
- Meticulously monitor compliance frameworks and systems to preemptively identify and address any compliance issues.
