The firm emphasizes bold results and a mix of remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements. Lead complex trials, mentor junior attorneys, and collaborate with premier experts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California and eligible to practice in federal courts.
• 8+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation with a focus on complex trial work.
• Experience as lead trial counsel in high-stakes cases.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, tort and insurance law; trial strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex trials representing clients in high-exposure insurance defense matters (catastrophic injury, wrongful death, property damage, professional liability).
• Develop and execute case strategies including risk assessment, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Advise clients, carriers, and adjusters with clear case assessments and updates.
• Oversee all stages of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, pre-trial motions, settlements.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury and bench trials, and mediations, presenting cases effectively.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality work.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses (medical, forensic, engineering, economic) to strengthen arguments.
