Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years property tax experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in utility/centrally assessed property tax engagements.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Familiarity with FERC or state utility regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex property tax returns and workpapers.
• Oversee unitary and multi-state filings for utility and power generation clients.
• Provide technical guidance on asset classification and reporting.
• Manage calendars, notices, and tax payments for clients.
• Lead client relations and business development for large portfolios.
• Represent clients during audits and appeals.
