Responsibilities

• Own your matters day to day: scope them, budget them, direct timekeepers on them, and keep them inside the validated plan.
• Serve as the primary client contact on most matters, elevating when risk/budget/strategy shifts.
• Draft and argue motions, take/defend depositions, manage discovery, and carry matters to hearing or trial.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals; improve templates and processes weekly.
• Hold the line on budgets, commitments, and on-plan execution across your matters.
• Identify adjacent legal needs and keep clients aligned with expectations.
