The candidate will manage matters through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial or arbitration, while delivering critical legal strategy and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex business disputes such as shareholder and partner conflicts, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, restrictive covenants and trade secret matters.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Professional, client-minded approach with the ability to build trust with business owners and senior executives.
