The ideal candidate will manage discovery plans, take and defend depositions, handle document-intensive cases, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial while collaborating with seasoned professionals. Washington-licensed with strong academic credentials is required.

Qualifications

• Washington-licensed attorney with strong academic credentials
• 8 to 12 years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability
• Experience in personal injury, financial services and/or professional negligence is a plus
