Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, data analytics, intelligence studies, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in complex insurance fraud investigations.
• Experience in all-source intelligence gathering and analytical techniques.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation.
• Proficiency with investigative databases and social media analysis; data visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations into suspected fraudulent claims and schemes.
• Gather, preserve, and analyze evidence from financial records, forensics, social media and databases.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for claims decisions, law enforcement referrals, and court testimony.
• Collaborate with teams to manage a dynamic caseload and meet deadlines.
• Provide timely intelligence briefings to leadership on fraud trends and tool effectiveness.
