Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years in complex insurance fraud investigations, law enforcement, or intelligence analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret large datasets and identify patterns.
• Proficiency with investigative databases, social media analysis, and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to operate with autonomy, initiative, and discretion.
• Understanding of insurance principles, fraud statutes, and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations into suspected fraudulent claims and schemes involving claimants, providers, policyholders, and internal parties.
• Gather, preserve, and analyze evidence from financial records, forensics, surveillance, social media, and databases.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for claims decisions, law enforcement referrals, and courtroom testimony.
• Collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, and Audit to provide investigative expertise and cohesive strategy.
• Ensure activities comply with fraud statutes, privacy laws, and regulatory reporting requirements.
