Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in completion engineering.
• Permian operator experience a plus.
• Field operations experience is required.
• Service company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of well completions and workovers.
• Write procedures and ensure proper execution with ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate with field foremen and completions consultants during operations.
• Develop field designs for horizontal wells and related frac, wireline, and coiled tubing procedures.
• Estimate costs and prepare Authorization for Expenditure (AFE).
• Interface with regulatory agencies and manage field supervision time.

Skills

6+ years of experience in completion

Permian operator experience a plus

Field operations experience

Service Company experience a plus

Education

BS/MS/Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering or related field
