Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or related field; minimum 7 years in completions engineering.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven analysis to improve frac efficiency, well performance and economics.
• Collaborate with drilling, production, and reservoir teams to optimize completions.
• Develop AFEs and cost forecasts; monitor capex and well costs against budgets.
• Create procedures for completion activities emphasizing safety and efficiency.
• Provide post-job reviews and identify optimization opportunities.
