Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in Completions Engineering with unconventional experience.
• Relative experience working in Upstream E&P.
• Proficient with computer software: Microsoft Suite, WellView, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Utilize leading edge technology to conduct technical analysis and evaluations of completion operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including drilling, production, and reservoir engineering, to optimize performance and generate post-job reviews to identify areas of improvement.
• Generates business cases to leadership for technical recommendations, prioritizing long-term value while accounting for risk to enhance asset performance.
• Promote and enforce internal safety programs and enhance safety culture by implementing best practices.
• Generate AFEs and cost forecasts for all aspects of completion activities, manage capital expenditures and track well costs to ensure adherence to established budgets.
