Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Compiler Engineer to advance intelligent compiler technologies for the NVIDIA accelerated computing stack. You will design and build low-level compiler systems, agentic workflows, and numerical verification across software and hardware boundaries.

The role emphasizes C/C++, Python, CUDA, and LLVM/MLIR expertise to improve correctness, performance, and developer productivity. Collaboration with multiple teams enables production-ready tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• MS or PhD preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years in compilers, AI systems, numerical computing, verification, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience in compiler implementation, analysis, code generation, optimization, and verification infrastructure.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python; Rust experience is a plus.
• Experience with GPU programming and CUDA or equivalent accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize intelligent low-level compiler systems and agentic workflows.
• Develop systems that reason about IR, code generation, optimization passes, and performance tradeoffs for GPU workloads.
• Build verification, numerical validation, and differential testing infrastructure for generated code.
• Co-design compiler and verification workflows across software stack and hardware components.
• Collaborate with compiler, CUDA, library, runtime, and hardware teams to deploy capabilities.
