Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer to advance intelligent compiler technologies for its accelerated computing stack. You will design and build compiler-oriented agents, verification systems, and data-driven workflows across software and hardware boundaries.

You will collaborate with compiler, CUDA, library, runtime, and hardware teams to deliver production-grade capabilities, optimize performance, and ensure numerical correctness in GPU-centric workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/EE/Math; MS/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in compilers, AI, numerical computing, verification, HPC, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience in compiler implementation, analysis, code generation, optimization, or correctness infrastructure.
• Experience with agent systems, coding agents, compiler automation, numerical analysis, verification, or formal validation.
• Strong C/C++ and Python; Rust a plus; CUDA or similar GPU experience.
• Ability to work across system boundaries from model-driven workflows to runtime and hardware optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize intelligent low-level compiler systems and agentic workflows.
• Develop systems that reason about IR, code generation, optimization passes, and numerical precision.
• Build data, environments, verification, reward, and evaluation systems for compiler quality and correctness.
• Establish numerical validation, differential testing, regression detection, and correctness verification for generated code.
• Co-design compiler and verification workflows across NVIDIA's software stack with cross-team collaboration.
• Partner with CUDA, library, runtime, and hardware teams to bring capabilities into production tools.
• Drive performance analysis and optimization for transformed code with focus on correctness and scalability.
