Job summary

PrimeBridge Workforce LLC is seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to partner with senior HR leaders and executives on data-driven compensation solutions for complex client engagements. This full-time role is based in Philadelphia, PA, and requires 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting.

You will lead analyses, develop strategies, and guide a team while supporting business development and cross-selling opportunities using advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, incentive design, market analysis methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and HR leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and client relationship management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and consulting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and interpret compensation analyses for large-scale client engagements.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs focused on attraction and retention.
• Advise senior management on pay strategy, job architecture, competitiveness, and compensation design.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality consulting solutions.
• Guide and coach junior team members while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Support business development, client expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools to improve compensation solutions and analytics.
