PrimeBridge Workforce LLC is seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to partner with senior HR leaders and executives on data-driven compensation solutions for complex client engagements. This full-time role is based in Philadelphia, PA, and requires 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting.

You will lead analyses, develop strategies, and guide a team while supporting business development and cross-selling opportunities using advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, incentive design, market analysis methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and HR leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and client relationship management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and consulting abilities.

This role will partner with senior HR leaders and executives to deliver data-driven compensation solutions, manage client engagements, and support business growth.
