Ideal candidates bring CCP certification, strong data analytics, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of shaping compensation programs.

Competenze

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar advanced certification (preferred)
• Exceptional data analysis, modeling, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
• Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to effectively partner with and present to executive leadership
• Demonstrated expertise in compensation program design, implementation, and optimization
• Uncompromising integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, collaborating to develop and implement the organization's overall compensation philosophy and strategy
• Analyze complex business needs and talent challenges to design innovative, market-leading compensation programs and solutions
• Manage and administer compensation budgets—tracking utilization, spend, forecasting, and reconciliation—while delivering analysis and insights to guide compensation decisions in line with guidelines and available funding
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to assess the organization's job architecture, pay strategies, and total rewards offerings
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on compensation-related decisions, demonstrating the business impact
• Represent the organization externally as a subject matter expert, engaging with industry groups, benchmarking partners, and regulatory bodies
