Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5 years of progressive compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and total rewards administration.
• CCP designation or working toward certification.
• Workday Core Compensation module experience; understanding of processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret market data for internal equity and pay trends.
• Formulate recommendations for pay range adjustments and job family alignment.
• Perform formal job evaluations to determine levelling and exemption status.
• Maintain the company’s job architecture catalog for consistency.
• Participate in compensation surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
• Assist with annual merit increases, budgets, and bonus distributions.
• Ensure data integrity and prepare audit reports for compensation inputs.
