Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated in Exton, PA, is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to help administer global compensation programs, conduct market pricing, and support Workday compensation modules.

You will analyze market data, evaluate jobs, participate in merit and bonus processes, and collaborate with HR Technology on system updates. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in compensation are required, CCP preferred. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive compensation analysis experience.
• CCP designation or active pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze market data to assess internal equity and pay trends.
• Formulate recommendations for pay ranges and job family alignment.
• Perform formal job evaluations to determine levelling and exemptions.
• Assist with updating Workday compensation components and reports.
• Support annual merit increases and bonus/incentive distributions.
