Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to shape compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent. You will partner with HR, Finance, Risk, Legal and business leaders to deliver data-driven strategies and governance for Total Rewards.

You will analyze compensation programs, develop incentive analyses and financial models, manage data across platforms like Workday and Payfactors, and coordinate annual planning for salary, bonus and equity while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience administering and analyzing compensation programs
Experience developing financial models, market analyses, and compensation recommendations
Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with compensation systems and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Analyze compensation programs, market data, and financial models to support pay practices
Partner with HRBP and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and consultative support
Develop incentive compensation analyses, financial models, and scenario planning
Manage compensation data, reporting, and system administration across platforms such as Workday and Payfactors
Coordinate annual compensation planning activities (salary, bonus, equity, incentives)
Prepare governance materials, plan documentation, and committee presentations while supporting compliance and risk management
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk, HR, and business stakeholders to implement compensation initiatives
