Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide compensation consulting services across WW Stores. You will partner with PXT Partners and management to shape reward programs and design incentive plans.

You will analyze compensation data, advise on base pay, annual incentives, stock, and ensure compliance with laws. This role demands attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance, compensation or consulting experience.
5+ years of Human Resources, Compensation Management or Consulting experience.
Knowledge of Excel and Peoplesoft.
Knowledge of compensation compliance with state and federal laws.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
Effectively partner with PXT and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues.
Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
Partner with the business to develop variable incentive compensation programs, as needed.
Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation.
Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed.
Partner with regional compensation on compensation issues, and work on a variety of special compensation projects as needed.
The position may also be responsible for components such as the strategy, design, policies, guidelines, and operationalization of a key concept critical to the foundation of a specific compensation program.
