Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in the United States to design and manage global and local compensation programs in line with our total rewards philosophy.

You will collaborate across the organization, manage vendor relationships, and perform market research to ensure competitive packages for talent globally. The role emphasizes research, design, and compliant execution to support Rocket's high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Significant experience in a similar role; minimum 8 years post bachelor’s degree.
Experience in a globally matrixed organization.
Strong vendor management skills with survey platforms and analytics; SLAs and compliance.
Project management experience with timelines and business cases.
Ability to build relationships with international teams and stakeholders.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Office proficiency.
Experience with M&A-related compensation harmonization.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
HR systems experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, analyze and administer Rocket's remuneration programs globally with focus on competitive compensation and compliance for hourly wages, base salary, allowances, incentives and equity.
Contribute to development of global compensation and rewards strategy.
Lead global programs with project management, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Manage global compensation plans and vendor relationships; oversee survey cycles and enhancements.
Ensure country compensation compliance with laws and regulations; advise on policy for base pay, allowances and incentives.
Lead implementation of new country setups, mergers, acquisitions and partnerships with TR, HR, HRIS and Payroll teams.
Stay informed on compensation market changes and propose plan updates.
Improve delivery and efficiency of compensation processes through cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description Summary

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for building and delivering both global and local compensation programs that enhance the employee experience, through support and management of both global and country programs in line with the global total rewards philosophy.

This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with customers and stakeholders across the organization. The role will manage day to day needs of compensation vendor and survey providers relationships and perform market research and competitive analysis to ensure that Rocket builds an attractive, competitive compensations package globally to support the attraction and retention of our high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will work pro-actively and contribute to the research, analysis, design and development of global compensation programs consistent with business priorities and total rewards philosophy. This position requires enthusiasm, innovation, initiative, excellent organization and analytical skills, and a talent for nurturing strong, lasting relationships.

Job Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Play a key role in design, development, analysis, implementation and administration of Rocket's remuneration programs globally with a focus on competitive programming and compliance for hourly wages, base salary, allowances, recognition rewards, sales incentive, equity, and other long- and short-term incentives.
Contribute to the development of the global compensation and rewards strategy.
Successfully lead global programs with relevant experience in program management, data analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and measurement of program effectiveness.
Manage global compensation plans and associated provider relationships and oversee the survey and relationship renewal cycle and survey system enhancements.
Ensure country compensation compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; providing expertise related to the regulatory and legal requirements for employee base compensation, allowances and incentive plans.
Manage compensation administration and billing for all plans globally. This includes obtaining and reconciling invoices, creating finance report requests, and submitting and tracking payments.
Lead new compensation initiatives and manage the implementation processes in partnership with the TR team, HR, HRIS and Payroll colleagues and the business. Under the direction of the Director, Total Rewards, lead compensation related workinvolvedand implementation of new country set ups, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Stay informed of changes in compensation market, legislation and compliance and propose changes to plans as required.
Manage and improve compensations delivery and operational processes by partnering inter-departmentally and globally to upgrade operation efficiency and employee experience.
Inform and advise HR & business managers on compensation policy and programs.
Responsible for global compensations intranet pages, updating and maintaining of compensation documents and creating engaging and value add content.
Support and promote global reward programs, events and activities.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience required in a similar role; minimum expected 8 years post bachelor’s degree.
Previous experience working in a globally matrixed organization.
Strong vendor management skills with the ability to deeply understand the survey platform and analytics offered, setting of service level agreements and challenging non-compliance.
Experience managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business cases.
Able to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders on an international basis.
Highly proficient and superior accuracy -in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Suite software.
Previous experience of M&A activity / compensation program harmonization.
Strongverbal and writtencommunication and presentation skills.
HR systems experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Facility/experience with a breadth of software/compensation administration systems.
Compensations or Rewards Remuneration professional certification or master’s degree inbusiness, tax, Human Resources or a related field.
Workday experiencepreferred;Salesforce experience a plus.
Experience/background with benefits and/or global mobility a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, math or Human Resources.

Annual salary range for this position is between $97,500.00 - $131,625.00 gross before taxes.
