Evaluate job descriptions to determine appropriate classification, job level, and job profile. Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding salary management and compliance issues.
Interpret compensation policies and monitor pay practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Complete salary surveys. Support annual merit increase program and special projects.
