Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Compass Rose Analyst to join our team, helping healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through strategic process improvement and complex project management.

You will support an ongoing Compass Rose implementation for MTM, APCM, TCM, CCM and Care Management programs, applying your Epic expertise to deliver value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Epic Compass Rose certification.
• 5+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
• Deep understanding of care management and population health workflows.
• Experience translating business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions.
• Ability to provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.
