Job summary

Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst/Consultant to support healthcare technology initiatives for a large healthcare organization. The role requires hands-on Epic Healthy Planet experience and solid knowledge of HEDIS and healthcare quality measures.

The position will support Healthy Planet functionality, population health initiatives, quality measures, and related Epic workflows, with Compass Rose experience as a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Epic Healthy Planet.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification or relevant Epic Healthy Planet experience.
• Experience working with HEDIS measures.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality, population health and care management concepts.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business/clinical needs into application solutions.
• Experience with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Epic Healthy Planet and a solid understanding of HEDIS and healthcare quality measures.

This role will support general Healthy Planet functionality, population health initiatives, quality measures, care gaps and related Epic workflows. Experience with Compass Rose is a plus, but is not a primary requirement for this position.

Must Haves

• Hands‑on experience with Epic Healthy Planet.
• Epic Healthy Planet certification or relevant Epic Healthy Planet experience.
• Experience working with HEDIS measures
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality, population health and care management concepts.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business/clinical needs into application solutions.
• Experience with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting and production support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
