Papa Inc. is seeking flexible, meaningful part-time opportunities for Papa Pals to visit older adults and families who need non-medical support and companionship. You choose when to work and decide which visits to accept.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule, earn competitive pay, and help people stay independent at home. Visits can include transportation, companionship, light tasks, and errands. Requirements include being 21+, having a valid U.S.

Formación

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Transportation: Provide rides to local destinations.
• Non-Medical Companionship: Engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or simply spend quality time together.
• In-Home Support: Light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
• Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
