Nexulyze is seeking a Community Manager to build and nurture our growing community of users, developers, and brand advocates. You will be the voice of Nexulyze across social platforms and community channels.

This role requires exceptional communication, empathy, and the ability to foster meaningful connections at scale, including organizing events and gathering feedback for product teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in community or social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing online communities (Discord/Slack or similar).
• Understanding of social platforms and content strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage online communities across Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content calendars and community programming.
• Moderate channels and ensure positive interactions.
• Gather and synthesize community feedback for product teams.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events.
• Track community health metrics and report on growth and engagement.
