Job summary

Cascade Management is seeking a Senior Community Manager in Lynnwood, WA to oversee day-to-day operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting. You will lead on-site staff, ensure compliance, and maximize property performance.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience with large communities, plus expertise in rental operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. A strong leadership approach and customer-focused service model are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Community Management experience with 150+ units required.
• 2+ years in multiple properties management position required.
• 2+ years of Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience required.
• Finance and budgeting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments, process applications, and determine eligibility per policies.
• Manage resident moves, transfer utilities, and explain policies to residents.
• Oversee rent collection, evictions, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Prepare budgets, variance reports, and invoices for payment.
