Job summary

Monroe Group is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee a large Family affordable PBS8 community in Fort Worth, TX. You will mentor staff, lead operations, and ensure the property delivers safe, decent housing while achieving occupancy and financial goals.

Ideal candidates have PBS8 experience, proficiency in OneSite or Yardi, and strong leadership with MS Office; you will report weekly and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a Community Manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or Yardi software.
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write).
• The ability to pass a full background check.
• Background in affordable housing programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team.
• Developing and managing the budget.
• Ensuring KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management.
• Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting.
• Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
