Job summary

Monroe Group is seeking a seasoned Community Manager in Martinsburg, WV to lead a large PBS8 family affordable community. The role emphasizes mentoring, strong resident and staff relations, and financial oversight to maximize occupancy and asset performance.

You will manage a team, oversee budgets, prepare regular reports, and ensure safe, sanitary housing while delivering high service standards to residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large family affordable PBS8 community.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
• Developing and managing the budget
• Ensuring property meets KPI goals for occupancy, collections, compliance, asset and budget management
• Submitting weekly/monthly reporting
• Ensuring Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing for residents
• Performs all other duties as assigned
