Job summary

Monroe Group is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead a large Family Affordable PBS8 community in Fort Worth, TX. You will mentor a dynamic team, manage budget processes, and drive KPI performance across occupancy, collections, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in Community Management, a strong background in PBS8, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. A strong customer-service focus and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a Community Manager.
• Proficient in OneSite or Yardi software.
• English language proficiency; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic team.
• Develop and manage the budget.
• Ensure KPI goals for occupancy, collections, compliance, asset and budget management.
• Submit weekly/monthly reporting.
• Ensure Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager who can manage a large Family affordable Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) community. Our ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their team, have the personality to positively interact with applicants, residents and teammates. They enjoy leading teams, like to work hard while having fun and are strong problem-solvers.

has experience in working at a large Family Affordable Housing Apartment complex and shares our mission, vision, and values our commitment to customer service. He/she is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams, and is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in PBS8, is marketing savvy and proficient in both MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software. Our ideal candidate enjoys serving our residents, supporting our team, and driving positive, consistent results.

The Details:

• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:

• High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years as a Community Manager
• Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check

Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties:

Strong experience in affordable housing programs. Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident-occupied project renovations.

Additional Information:

• The work schedule is Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evening as needed) ***
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
