Qualifications

• Must be familiar with HOA rules, facility maintenance, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all building staff.
• Prepare annual budget drafts and ensure timely distribution.
• Respond to homeowner requests for maintenance or compliance issues.
• Ensure all safety systems are operable and evacuation plans are documented.
