WinnCompanies seeks a Community Coordinator III for Atlantic Gardens in Washington, DC. You will lead community assessments, build partnerships, coordinate resource referrals, and deliver resident services and coaching to support six outcome areas.

You will manage programs, engage residents, and coordinate MOUs with service providers, while leveraging Connect360/Apricot360 data to drive results.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving record as per policy.
• Ability to obtain Winn Community Coordinator Certification on hire.
• Experience with partner management and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan for the community.
• Develop a comprehensive strategy for program development and budget implications.
• Manage the property Connected Communities budget and track goals with management.
• Coordinate resources addressing six key outcomes: housing stability, employment, mobility, education, health, engagement.
• Provide direct resident services, referrals, and coaching based on assessed need.
• Establish relationships with local service providers and residents’ leadership.
